Global Head – Major Client Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for the . His/her mission is to manage the P&L for the Company across all the client accounts. They will ensure implementation of best-of-breed practices and the Service Excellence Framework that allows the Company to deliver ‘Platinum’ standards of service that consistently exceed client expectations while building a world class service delivery organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Unit leadership in delivering successfully against the contract and continually ensures client satisfaction.
  • The management of daily business operations at an outsourcing unit.
  • Participate in and provide leadership for all client contract related negotiations.
  • Manage and mediate engagement issue resolution.
  • Evaluate relevant factors to facilitate balanced decisions which drive relationship.
  • Implement risk management strategies and techniques Service level determination

Process oversight and execution in areas such as:

  • Cost management
  • Managed spend
  • Resource Plan management
  • Planning , forecasting and Reporting
  • Resourcing, including Solution Delivery Model execution
  • Risk mitigation management

Experience:

  • A career history of successful operations management culminating at the senior executive level likely in the business services and/or utility of information technology service sectors.
  • 5+ years of experience as a lead of  delivery or IT outsourcing unit of at least  $75M annual revenue for a major outsourcing service provider
  • Improved operation and financial performance of areas that were under their direct experience
  • Acquisition management and business integration.  This includes transfer of ownership and personnel migration.
  • Managing and motivating teams comprised of diverse workforces with significant cross-cultural or linguistic issues (e.g. a mixture of resources from client, outsourcing workforces, consultants and subcontractors in several countries and time-zones).
  • An awareness of current technology and its use in applying business based solutions Industry experience in Outsourcing (IT and BPO), with strong current marketplace knowledge. Knowing the companies, understanding trends, industry direction and the strategies to capture market share

Ideal Locations for the candidate would be Atlanta or Dallas.
