Vice President of Business Solutions

 

The Vice President Business Solutions is responsible for the Management and Development of the US sales team and its members. The role will also be directly responsible for key client relationships and in building and promoting sales opportunities within all of the company’s accounts and respective territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution the annual business plan, including revenue forecasting, expense budget and product development.
  • Collaborate with sales management in development, implementation and execution of territory sales plans resulting in increase in sales, as well as retention of those same assets to achieve sales goals.
  • Deliver targeted sales growth personally and through all Sales team
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement business to business sales techniques and sales management best practices
  • Secures new business opportunities on a national as well as international basis.
  • Extensive ability to close and increase client acquisition rates.
  • Serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team and provide insight/point-of-view on all corporate strategic priorities.
  • Provide clear direction, develops and motivates team members to obtain best performance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales management team.
  • Facilitate successful interworking between sales team and other company functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business.
  • 10 + years’ hands on sales experience including sales management.
  • Experience of Sales KPIs and Pipeline Management techniques.
  • Strong leadership attributes with experience managing a sales team based in various locations.

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
