Dennis Conley

Mr. Conley is a managing partner with Transition Partners, a national management consultancy headquartered in Reston, Virginia.  He is a senior business and information technology executive and transformation leader with over 20 years of broad corporate and consulting experience.  His extensive background and experience covers such areas as mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, business development, technology management, organization development, business and strategic planning, and leadership training.  Over his career, Mr. Conley has led the merger and acquisition activities for many customers. Most recently, he provided strategic advice and led the integration activities for the acquisition of a $1 billion financial services firm.

He has led over 20 business process and information technology sourcing transactions valued at over $5 billion.  He has also served as an interim-CIO, providing assistance to firms during periods of transition.  Prior to Transition Partners, Mr. Conley worked for a major systems integrator as CIO and Vice President responsible for over $100 Million in annual revenue.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
